PC-same construction - no picture?!

Hello, am new here and would like to turn me because of a PC same construction of problem to you...
Having (new) individual parts today assembled, which would be there:

mb: Gigabyte of Ga Ma790XT ud4p
Prozzi: Phenom II 955
Ram: OCZ 2x2GB 1600 MHz of edition AMD
Graka: GTS 250
net part: Tronje 580 W, 3,3 V 15 A, 5 V 32 A, 12 V 28 A (cheap scrap metal?)

problem: while starting no tone and no signal by the monitor comes. Fans run everybody. The GTS has two separate stream connections and turns quite high in my opinion. If I exchange them for a HD 3650 (without stream connection) does not start with this of the fans.

other GedXns (FP, DVD) is clamped, Ram and Graka stick, Mb has no false contact. Everything already impossible. Ram is DDR3, for which mb is suitable, however.

now My supposition would be:

a) net part nothing is good, but why does not start sometimes in 3650?
b) mb of biology he must be updated for 955. In addition I would have at disposal a Phenom I in 9550, but not yet tested, want to hear just first other opinions. Moreover, I have read anderwo, the fact that mb already recognises 955 he, however, too slowly taktet. c) Something defective?? Only what? Mb PCI e slot?

Hmm, maybe one of you has the catching fire thought, before I try out here everything after exclusion principle in wrong order.

many thanks in advance!

Of attempt sometimes first with a bolt RAM

put BIOS by pullover / counter on "default"

mb is inserted this in a Tower, where before another mb was then this checks the seat of the distance holders must be put like that, the fact that they with the screw holes of the MBs agree nobody too much and EVERYBODY at the right place

the +12V plug is put on to the left of the CPU?

the NT it has on +3,3 V as well as on the +12V rail not enough ampere (A)
that could also be a problem, the fact that mb does not start

is the +12V plug put on to the left of the CPU?

XXXhmm... how I should say... now, however, this is embarrassing for me. Besides, I kept myself for fairly computer-competent. Well, in my defence: it was only the second PC I have cobbled together. Only with the first one this has not happened to me, I probably become older

many thanks for this golden-worth advice: D

right now Becoming instal Windows and look, whether it packs the net part.

One, this was too light, gives no pleasure. The net part is cheap, possible-white also soon scrap metal. However, must not be.

12Vx28A = 336 W. This it reaches, although it is a little for 580 W of net part. a Lot of luck, however, it pays attention to the net part. If it becomes too warm and/or sizzles, rattles..., Well, then you know it. mfg

@ fairlane, with opportunity should procure another NT and pays attention to it, that +3,3 V +5V pipelines not under approx.. 25A have and everybody +12V pipelines possibly not under 40A

the current NT becomes too hot maybe, and if it itself can "take" adopted it other hardware
