new PC - does not start and keyboard do not react

Hello people!

today My mate has assembled to himself a PC.
Intel Pentium E5200 2x2,5 GHz
fa MSI P43 Neo
400 W Topower SilentEZ
3,5" WD 320 GB
4096 mb of OCZ PC2 6400
GeForce GT130 (from another PC)
Samsung distiller

The cables are properly connected everybody. There we are sure, actually.
problem: Everything reacts in THE calculator (disk drive, Hard disk, Fan, Net part, Graphics map)

however, , Unfortunately, the PC does not start. He starts, but the monitor remains in the Standby. The biology not even comes. Mouse and keyboard also do not react.
What this can be?? We are in despairing!
